Payment Methods
We accept Visa an MasterCard or you can pay with PayPal.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received by 2pm are shipped the very next day for a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia excluding certain rural areas. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day subject to availability. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Pre orders are all not refundable as they are made to order for our customers and are dispatched as soon as they are produced for the customer. Please check dates and timelines in the garment description or email admin@shakuhachi.net.au for an update.
For International shipping you will receive your merchandise within 4-5 business days subject to availability. Orders are processed from Sydney, Australia and shipped from Sydney. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Shipping
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please do not put a PO box as your shipping address.
Shipping Costs
Orders withing Australia cost a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for as many items as you purchase. We ship the very next day if ordered before 2pm within Australia excluding some rural areas which might take 2 days. We have a flat rate international shipping of $32.00 AUD to New Zealand and $42.00 AUD to the rest of the world including USA and UK and Europe. You must sign upon receiving your package. International orders are received in 5 business days.
Can I track my package online?
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. For domestic or international orders, you can log on to www.auspost.com.au/track/ to track your package.
Please be sure to indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. If there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. Items can be returned within 7 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and or order form.
After 7 days, all sales are FINAL. All sales final on pre orders, markdowns, phone and special orders, underwear, swimwear, shoes and jewelry. Exchanges are also only permitted within 7 days on full priced items at the buyers expense.
Shakuhachi Online will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund or credit note or exchange will then be issued to the same customer with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
Can I return/exchange my items at the shakuhachi retail stores?
All online orders must be returned to Shakuhachi Online only. Please contact us if there are any concerns
Pre Orders
While we encourage you to secure our often-limited products, we also ask that you commit and are certain of your pre-order. We do not take cancellations on pre-orders that are placed. Please consider all contributing factors when finalizing a pre-order, including sizing, fit, color, fabrication, date of delivery when placing a pre-order. With all pre-orders, shakuhachi commits to acquiring those items especially for you from the designer. When a customer cancels an order, we cannot cancel the order from the manufacturer.

Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us.
shakuhachi respects your right to privacy. Accordingly, we do not share or sell your information to any third parties. Any and all information collected by shakuhachi Online is used solely for the purpose of processing of your order. Once you create an account with shakuhachi Online, you are automatically included in our updates, newsletters and correspondences. To request to have your name removed from these correspondences, please email unsubscribe@shakuhachi.net.au..
